Books

I was commissioned by The Mentoris Project, an independent California publisher, to write
several fictional biographies of notable Italians who were driven by their Christian values to
lead lives of great adventure and travel.

Here is a selection.

A novel based on the life of Mother Frances X. Cabrini

This petite Italian nun named Frances X. Cabrini journeyed by sea from Italy to New York City in 1889 to advocate for poor Italian immigrants.

She was a fascinating subject to study.

Defying powerful men in and out of the church, Mother Cabrini established orphanages, schools and hospitals all over the world and is still a symbol for the rights of immigrants today.
